Nourish yourself with self-care practices: gentle yoga, meditation, massages, and healthy meals.
This retreat is designed to nurture self-love, deep care, and inner understanding. It’s a space to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.
Retreat Package Includes:
3 nights accommodation in an ensuite room, furnished with 5-star eco beds and organic bedding. Small but comfy rooms.
1 x 60 min full body massage.
2-hour group healing hot/cold spa circuit – water therapy for detoxification and rejuvenation, including sauna, steam room, ozone hydrotherapy spa and cold magnesium plunge.
2 x healing 90-minute Yin Yoga classes to take you on an inward journey, to move you out of your head and into your body.
Daily sessions of mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and gentle workshops aimed at deepening awareness, shifting perspectives, and connecting with emotions. Sessions support healing, growth, and transformation, covering topics like inner-child work, and identifying limiting beliefs.
Delicious and nutritious meals and juices, locally sourced and prepared with love and intention.
Assorted teas/dandelion/coffee and healthy snacks available at all times.
Full use of 20m resort-style magnesium swimming pool with incredible views of Mt Warning (Wollumbin) and the beautiful Bundjalung Hinterland (not heated).
Gold Coast Airport transfer (set times) to and from the retreat – approx. 45min drive, please check times before booking flights.

All activities are optional, if you would like to sit by the pool instead of joining in, you are 100% welcome to do so. This is your time, and I believe in showing up for yourself in a way that feels most supportive for you.

Mel Benon is an intuitive Yin Yoga and Yoga teacher, and a Mindfulness Meditation teacher who has co-facilitated retreats with Danni. With a deep understanding of the human body and its unique capabilities, Mel creates a space where you can truly connect with yourself.
Her approach is compassionate and wise — she never forces or pushes, but gently guides you to explore movement in a way that feels right for you. Mel believes in honoring your body's needs, helping you cultivate a sense of safety and trust within yourself. Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, her sessions invite you to move with ease, awareness, and self-acceptance.
